2010

2010
I’ve noticed quite a few bloggers writing down their hopes and goals for 2010 so I thought I’d share mine too! To be honest, I haven’t really thought of much. I like to make my resolutions short and simple so that I’ll be sure to get them done. One year I wrote out a HUGE list and I don’t think I accomplished any of them because I was too overwhelmed.
Last year my resolutions were:
-To loose the weight I gained while working at toysrus
-To learn French
And to email my Grammie more often.
I was able to do all of these and am quite satisfied with them. I think this year I’ll throw in a few more challenging ones but still keep it light so I can be sure to get all of them done.
Goals for 2010!
-Work on and improve this blog!
-Utilize the internet to learn new things. You can learn virtually ANYTHING through the internet! Of course I’ll share the websites I use and methods. A few websites already come to mind
ehow
instructables
and of course youtube !
-Continue to grow and mature positively
-Doing something creative every day. Whether it be playing around with adobe illustrator or photoshop to improve technical skills or doodling and taking photos.
I also want to continue my resolutions from last year by:
Practicing French every day. I haven’t worked on any French while I’ve been on my Winter break and I really need to get back into it. By reading childrens’ books from the library in French, watching French films and using my Rosetta Stone software.
Continuing to email my Grammie
And not by losing weight necessarily but by staying in shape and beating everyone’s high scores on the wii fit!
It’s sort of strange that now we’re starting not only a new year but a new decade! I’m not going to let it overwhelm me or make me nervous and you shouldn’t either! I’m just looking forward to more great things!

Try writing letters instead of sending e-mails, it actually works!
